ChrysCapital, a leading India-focused private equity firm, just announced the closing of a c.USD 700 million continuation fund to support an investment in the National Stock Exchange of India, the country’s leading stock exchange and the world’s largest derivatives exchange.   LGT Capital Partners acted as one of the anchor investors in the continuation fund, and co-led the structuring of the deal which was well over-subscribed and ranks among the largest across Asia Pacific. Private Equity News has recently revealed 2024’s “Twenty Most Influential in ESG”, which features Tycho Sneyers, Managing Partner at LGT Capital Partners, for the second year in a row. Tycho joined LGT Capital Partners in 2001 and has spearheaded the firm’s ESG efforts since 2002.
